I appreciate the fine acting in this show and the well done writing. However, the realism of the actual story lines defies belief. The last episode,(the wedding) however took the cake with the menage a trois. the scene was really unbelievable. Not even speaking about the morality of the scene, but that a doctor would get involved with his subordinates in that manner... they should be fired. i know that's something they learn in 'doctor school' to never cross that line.

Very exciting. Easy to suspend your disbelief. It is also easy to see gaps on the fabric of the plot, but its done so well...you just don't care Love it!!!!
