This book really helped me in accepting myself and who i am and it makes me believe that i can do whatever i want and that i can be happy with whatever i get in life. I got this book while i was in very bad and negative period of my life, i was so negative and bored with my life and always doubting myself. Always thinking about my childhood traumas and all the bad things that happened to me and it really overwhelmed me to the point that I couldn’t get out of bed for weeks. This book really changed my perspective and really made me let things go and i finally accepted that what is done is done so i started to focus and appreciate other things i started to change my mindset like i used to hate my life routine,my major, etc.. but now i romanticize it to the point that i am really enjoying my life and i’m happy with my life and i’m okay with the fact that my life isn’t perfect and it’s okay.
