Well for starters the book was amazing but personally I think that it is not that close to the book. For example not once did they ever speak of a relationship between Mia and her professor also they went really deep into both girls past but in the book they only talk about Mia. I feel like it is very important for shows to stick with the books story line there a difference between embellishment and flat out changing the story. I know they can’t keep the exact story but I feel that they took it in an unnecessary direction. All in all good actors just maybe not the best plot line

I personally think the movie was absolutely phenomenal it was not all about romance or heartache it was about women being strong and making sacrifices too help there family it really teaches you even though your going through hard times always stay strong and help others and I was moved completely absolutely positively moved I bought the book and can not wait to read it I loved every minute of it
