At first I was rather confused by the opening shots that were way into the story followed by the flash back in time to the beginning and I started to find it difficult to keep up with the plot BUT somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes I was drawn into the story of which was so emotionally intense that I could feel the pain and trauma the beautiful couple were going thru during the storm and it started to literally drain me of every emotion I had with the flash backs becoming the gel that joined all the plot dots together and it all made so much sense. The intense medical scenes on the boat were beyond painful to watch and it was like I could literally feel their plight and suffering, I was right there with them. It was beautiful yet heartbreaking and if ever there was an eternal love story to tell this was it. I wonder if the women would feel more emotion with this film, a story that was just incredible and beautiful yet so heartbreaking and painful. I'd say stick with it to the 40 minute mark and let the story unfold to make sense with the beautiful flash backs. Such a story of eternal love and endurance with absolute impeccable acting, it was all just so beautiful, moving and has touched parts of my heart and soul that not many films do.
