This is a perfect example of a bad colouring book that attempts to exploit people who might be looking for a theraputic outlet for people seeking a sense of self or recovery from personal issues by combining "positive self affirmations" with a colouring book, both things which are beneficial in their own right, and could be successful in their attempt, but here is where it fails.
The designs are low quality as if created with a mirror and a photocopier. All of them look like something you might find drawn in the inside cover of a teenage highschoolers sketchbook. The designes also never make any attempt to relate to the affirmation written in any meaningful way, they are always generic shapes and petals or heart shapes.
The worst part? The affirmations themselves are hollow at best, and absurd at thier worst. For an example, one of the so called positive affirmations in the book is, and I quote, "Money can be one of my best friends". What does this mean? How is it helpful to anyone? Well, it's helpful to the authors of this terrible colouring book because at a RRP of $20 this is possibly the worst colouring book money can buy.
