Microsoft has gotten so bad at supporting it's games. Games don't always launch with some random underlying issue. Issue can only be solved by looking at a non-Microsoft site, if solved at all. Currently my son and I cannot play AOE 3 as on one laptop it launches and the other it does not. Other times we cannot see each others game on multiplayer because we have not been on the same patch level. But the game does not tell us this.... And also AOE 2 won't even let us play multiplayer against one other. I hope that Microsoft gets better at this as we've never had an issue with Blizzard games, although the pessimist in me says that Blizzard games will suffer the same fate.
