If you treat this book like the gospel I promise you will see a dramatic change. I saw a big change in my mood, physique and over all drive to get work done after reading this book. I weighed 100 lbs all my life and have gained 20 lbs of muscle since then. Im still growing and I can't recommend this book enough especially for you hard gainers! Do not sleep on the Androgen Diet.
