Aimless, meandering, and lacking a story arc. It was like watching some uninteresting random events going on in the background of an interesting story.
Jodie Foster was unconvincing, and I baffle at why people keep hiring jeff goldblum as the bad guy. Maybe everyone else thinks it works. I don't ever see it working
