Some bugs, yes. Performance on consoles, yes. But still, this is a great game! Night City is a beautiful location, that brings to mind movies like Blade Runner, or Johnny Mnemonic. Gameplay is fun, every side quest has some story, and makes sense in the game world. Very immersive experience.
