Absolutely horrible content that it's pathetic. I am Persian-American and I despise that there are shows like this and the Shah's of Sunset that have distastefully portrayed Persian culture. Besides below mediocre content, it's horrendous that Chad is played by a 40-year-old woman because it is painfully obvious. Initially, I thought that the show was about a transgender female crossing over to being a male (which is fine), but it's not. Actually, the show would be better if the content was about a transgender Persian... It would make more sense. The show needs to be canceled or they should update the Chad character with a Persian male. Also, considering there is such limited education or content in mainstream media about the reality of Persian-American culture in the US. Sadly, this is the horrible content that they choose to display Persian-Americans is a missed opportunity to help Americans learn about our amazing traditions, challenges in the US, and culture.
