A Grady

The Nest has a haunting feel no doubt but nothing much ever happens. But oddly, it's a good movie. It's a morality tale about the dangers of striving for the superficial. It's a tale I've seen much too often in my life, up close and personal. Maybe that's why the story was kind of passe for me. As Elton John once sang, I've seen that movie too. I did like Jude Law's performance as it's very real. He is smart, engaging, yet empty and self-deluding.
