Read reviews from BBB to know what you are getting into. We spoke with All My Sons in Raleigh and they said they can pack and move us from our 3 bedroom town home into our new home. We felt their pricing was too good to be true but we asked many questions on packaging and our rooms and they confirmed price. We spoke to them two other times since we felt they still underestimated the move we had. 2nd chat they confirmed price would remain the same and add more materials then my husband had to chat again and the 3rd time we did a virtual tour and received a different estimate with an additional worker added to the move. Four men showed up including a team lead that handled communication. Less than four hours in one of the workers literally walked off the job with no communication with his team. Team lead took accountability and requested an additional worker that didn’t show up until 2 hours later. The team lead then needed to go back to warehouse for additional materials which was frustrating since again the dispatch or customer service did not listen to what we needed the first time. Towards the end of the move the team lead requested another truck which ended up to be unnecessary since they were not used and two additional workers. When arriving to the new house, the two additional workers did not show until the last two hours of the job and the final price doubled from the estimate! People working at the office or warehouse were horrible to deal with especially trying to understand how the final price doubled. Do not use company. Customer service is dishonest.
