I watched the series 2nd time during the lockdown and enjoyed as much as I did the first time.

The mid-episodes of the series are really intriguing and keeps you glued to watch what might transpire next. The director has done an excellent job by allowing the viewers to run their own imagination for re-creating the torture moments in mind simply by showing a glimpse of pulled-out nails and electric shocks. The beginning few episodes may not be that interesting when you start watching, however after the climax, those episodes lay the very foundation of viewer's remorse for Cohen and sympathy for Nadia. Acting-wise, not only Sacha Baron but Nadia's screenplay was very commendable. The cast looks very realistic too.

I would rate this movie a negative, this much annoyed I was while watching the film. Acting-wise SRK and Anushka did great, however, the movie had no solid storyline. The entire plot and script were totally unrealistic and badly conceived. Yes, there were few comical punches here and there, but majorly it felt broken pieces of aged songs and stories put together. The ending was very lousy too.

I must have watched this movie about 15 times since its release. Great story and everything, but what makes the moments/scenes take you is the Hans Zimmer's sound track in the background that sub-consciously leaves you mesmerized.

I watched Hostel 1 to 3 on Amazon Prime back to back on same day. Part 1 sets the stage for you. Part 2 is a direct sequel to Part 1 with little twists, and part three is stand alone story with even more unexpected twists in the story. Super explicit nudity, gore and violence.

Loved the movie. Everyone was laughing their guts out. Biased media reviews and critics!
