Unsafe work practices. Two individuals working under vehicle with only a little hydraulic jack and no secure jack stand. When I requested that they secure the vehicle with a safety jack stand they were very dismissive and telling me off. The next day I called to express my concern to the manager. The manager turned out to be one of the individuals under the vehicle and continued to be dismissive regarding the incident. The fact that the manager works in such an unsafe manner is unacceptable. Watch out for this tire store. If they are taking shortcuts with safety, what else are they doing???
