I love this non-canon story from small jokes to huge confrontations. I hope season 3 comes sooner as with the source material enough to be covered.

It takes a little bit while to figure out what's going on and its up to us to pick up the jigsaw pieces to get the bigger picture. Just like some of Miyazaki films. Another film wrapped in a Mystery Box and its a good thing. Another great year for anime TV and films with Suzume, Slime, One Piece Red, Slam Dunk, etc.

Describing in 3 words: EPIC, AMAZING, and HEATRBREAKING all in one. Not a perfect film yet nearly but what film is perfect?! As expected from Japan and I hope Toho studios can release it to other countries as well to get to hundreds of million dollars box office. When's the sequel!?

EPIC and MASTERPIECE are the two words I don't give too easy. Thank you Hajime Isayama for crafting this brilliant story.

When I heard Jun Maeda is involved, I was preparing onions to cut at the chopping block. But I was hoping to give this a happy ending direction even if the path destined for Odin/Hina Sato can not be deniably altered. But I still believe Hina has the next of kin rights to inherit the "thing" they were afraid of. Covid year may not be so kind to anime but at least this is still be remembered. Not a perfect series but has Key fingerprints all over it and I was still glad this kind of "subvert your expectation" storyline still exist. Still recommended if you like Angel Beats, and Clannad.

I like some films where they constructively criticize against the "modern" society. Highly recommended.
