I came here for Super Mario 3D Land, I stayed for Bowsers Fury. Taking the same game mechanics from 3D Land, Bowsers Fury has an open world with a fresh new spin on the franchise. Reminiscent of Mario 64 in a fun 3D Way, while taking parts from Super Mario Bros 3. With abilities and new challenges you won’t feel bored playing this game. From easy to medium difficulty, this is for beginners to the casual gamer. Hardcore gamers can have fun too, just don’t expect anything too tough. Think of it as a added bonus with a lot to offer, short and sweet. 2 Player mode may leave more to be desired. It is better than Odyssey’s 2 Player mode, only slightly. 3D Land offers a up to 4 player experience, which is more friendly to other players. Don’t expect much from the story, it’s not the aim of Bowsers Fury at all. I hope Nintendo takes this idea and expands upon it for future titles. Definitely a MUST HAVE for the Nintendo Switch.
