Not a bad horror movie, fairly light if horror arnt your thing. Glad to see it wasn't the typical 'jump scare' that tends to pass as a horror these days. Was an interesting mix of local superstitions and religious ideology, in a story that kept a decent pace. Very good if you wanted to deep dive into the capitalism of religion, and the psychological concept of herd mentality, in our social media. Overall a good watch, however not likely to be revisited.

Decent movie, with a welcome return to actual suspense compared to the typical 'jump scare' horrors we have been given recently. The story provides a look at the effects of grief, and in particular the death of a child. The parallels made between the main character and the ghost are interesting and give the movie an over arching sense of questioning realty. Kate Beckinsale, again doesn't not fail to deliver a great performance, the dinner since is great. Overall a good, lighter, horror movie; which also has some references to the Shinning, which I appreciated.
