I think this games polish and performance will improve with time, aside from minor performance performance issues which will inevitably be ironed out in the coming months, the game play is fun the story is engaging and the game mechanics are enjoyable. One single issue I have which others seem to agree with is the lack of real time day night progression. Definitely a feature I think should have remained, however I am certain the team had a very good reason for exchanging it for the current system.
