I've always thought this was a great movie. I don't really see it as a love story but I guess it is. I'll keep telling myself it's more of a historical action adventure. I don't understand the low scores by the professionals but what do they know. They've seen to many movies!

Being a veteran I found movie this very unrealistic and vague. The characters were shallow and cold except for Kristen Dunst. She alone had some value but not enough to save this film. I thought what the president says in the beginning of the movie was an obvious comparison to Trump. In his speach he repeats his delusions of a glorious victory. He says this will be the "greatest" military victory in history and "everybody says this is the greatest" or "everybody thinks I'm the best"...etc. Is this a message of what might happen if Trump wins a second term? I think so. Is it worth watching...yes. Will you be disappointed? More than likely.

I thought it was entertaining. I've watched it numerous times.
