Pretty good. Got me thinking about things even though I'm coming at life with a different outlook than the author. I thought it was funny how shocked the author was that the average life is about 4000 weeks long. He reiterates that point several times lol. It's also funny that when he wrote it he was a first time dad and it was during covid. Those were the hardest things he'd ever been through and it showed. This book is ok. Helped me reduce my stress levels in some areas by changing my thought process.

I agree with a comment below. The message of this book doesn't require 264 pages of explanation. It could have been explained in about 5 to 10 pages. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed how repetitive the book is. It feels like it was written by an amateur writer, not someone with a PhD in psychology. I couldn't finish it...guess I have a fixed mindset! Lol
