Brilliant...a gripping 'adventure story' with the deep Truths of the evolution of Christianity woven through...(Once you find Truth it enlivens your blood and gives your life a new impetus.......) There are truly shocking reports of the inhumane brutality of the Roman emperors and the corruption of the popes and their persecution of the early Christians,and the destruction of the teachings of the Gnostics, (some of which re-emerged in the Dead Sea Scrolls and Nag Hamedi scrolls and other teachings) It all seems so long ago but the events resonate through to today (really!)..as the dark powers struggle to capture our souls and stop us returning to the Light. thank you Mr.Byrne I hope you find time to write more books like this that make history very accessible...
