This is a very intelligent and funny movie. It is not slapstick, but there are many sight gags. I think it is the movie which introduced me to Tom Berenger, and a young Sela Ward as the daughter of Colonel Ticonderoga, (Andy Griffith) who is the evil cattle baron. Written by someone who knows horses, it is filled with both subtle and obvious jokes and observations. Unknown but very good movie.
