Fabulous hair. Mediocre dialogue. Like a TV cop show. Stallone as an occasional undercover transvestite. Disco scene with the Stones’ Brown Sugar. Stock sound effects. Ridiculous villain and trope cop stuff. Billie Dee Williams plays a second rate character. The only reason to watch this movie is to make fun of it.
