Interesting but shame that the nutrition in food for the ideal diet was not discussed more fully as nutrients in the food and cell structure is dependent on the nutrients in the soil and health of the soil the food's grown in.
Also, no mention of toxins in the food for the proposed ideal diet like pesticides and herbicides.
