Very poor adaptation of the book. If you’re a Shardlake fan, then you’re likely to be very disappointed. It moves significantly away from the book, to the point that main characters are left out (Mark). Guy is not how he’s described in the book. There are many many adaptations. Such a shame. A wonderfully written novel, torn apart 😣
