Honestly probably the best most flawless TV show I’ve ever seen. The whole thing is just perfect. I heard of The Bear as it made The Guardian’s best show of 2022 but was unsure if it would be one of those artsy dull hipster shows! Got round to trying it a few weeks later and was immediately hooked. The production, casting and script - the way it links love and care of food, family drama and kitchen chaos is truly refreshing. I hope this show catapults Jeremy Allen-White and Ayo Edebiri to stardom, and I truly hope for a second series. Though it’s so perfect as it is I also kind of don’t want a second series!
