Duchovny and Ryan are pros, but the story really went nowhere. If the point is thT their generation resolves on nothing, then point made. Sorry guys, I don't much care for so called rom come anyway, but I was counting on you guys. Proof that story is key.

Best superhero movie so far 2023. Ezra Miller finally got it, and DC too. You have to have heart, not just effects. This has everything and humor in just the right amounts.

I lived thru the Cuban Missile crisis, sat with my father watching news coverage. There was true terror attending those times. I remember senate hearings of the times. The film replicates the controversy of the abomb and hbomb in the years after WWII. How people reviled Oppenheimer for supporting peace and criticizing the arms race. The film is dense with tension. Downey has a lock on nomination for supporting actor. Cillian Murphy is brilliant. Smart is sexy again.
