I was very disappointed about who the judges chose as a winner. You did not choose someone based on potatoes and the meat cooked perfectly. You did not choose someone based on meat not cut evenly. Both of these two chefs had the most flavorful foods than the winner throughout the season. You chose someone, if the meat was rested it would have been more flavorful. I find that the judges were very bias. As much as I enjoy watching cook challenging shows it is getting difficult to watch when you can see that the chefs are not judging fairly. I guess another cook challenge show off my list!
