This is a really good Godzilla movie, maybe the best. The animation is bewildering and the characters serve their part exceedingly well. The new take on the old Godzilla formula is refreshing. Now set THOUSANDS of years in the future and with a new sub-human species of tribal this story follows a mans revenge and absolute abhoration for Godzilla. As he yearns to put an end to the beasts life he realises his hatred is hurting his closest friends and he has to learn to make peace with the past in order to protect the future.
