Customer Feedback does not work. The "RIOT" staff does not care about player conduct, trolls, toxic people telling you to constantly KYS. You will have games with people "intentionally feeding and bragging about it". Report them nothing happens, there is little to nothing in place to deter it's a toxic culture. No duty of care from staff, money-making game. Other than muting other players, you can play as hard as you want to have someone have a bad game in a loose streak throw it all down the hill because they want you to lose, reporting them does nothing either.
