I was so disappointed. I loved the first two books. I even liked the beginning of this book. I didn't mind all of the baking and everyday stuff. Made them more relatable. BUT, what I did not like is exactly what someone else wrote. The ending was rushed. The ending battle happened 28 pages from the end. I was expecting it much sooner so that they could have the "happy ending" with at least one of the weddings with Sally and Derrick. I just sat there when it was over thinking how much time I had invested in these characters to just have the ending thrown away. Since the book was about Breen becoming an author and proof reading her books, I feel like someone didn't do that with this one.
