At night he must hole up, barricaded against a mob of mutant plague survivors and armed with a machine gun. In time he finds other survivors not yet infected with the plague and goes on a quest to create a vaccine from his own antibodies, but it's a race against time as the deranged cult of cancel culture mutants endeavor to stamp him out of existence.
