This is only the second book I've never finished. I've decided to give myself the two hours back it would take me to finish the book. The first two thirds of this book are Terry Hayes in full 'I Am Pilgrim' pomp. The last third is like someone asked ChatGPT to finish the book in the style of Terry Pratchett and Terry Gilliam such is the fantastical and laughing daft nature of the plot. It's like Doctor Who meets 28 Days Later. Very disappointing IMHO. I do worry about poor Terry. Something terrible must have happened in those years the book was delayed. Hope he gets better soon as I really liked I Am Pilgrim.
