I got this as part of my PS Plus subscription. Almost all teams and players are locked. You really can’t just pick it up and play with a friend in the couch because any team you want to play with is probably locked and the two players on the teams you have are awful (not NBA Stars).
I’ve played demo discs on the PS1 that allows for a better multiplayer experience.
