The story writers need a massive wake up call; as sadly Coronation street is dying on its feet, not I might add to the wealth of experience and talent of its actors. But the storylines no longer equate to the real world. For what my humble opinion is worth they really need to read the many comments on the various groups across social media to get a reflection of what real people are thinking and chatting about the episodes and storylines. Why not tske the chat as constructive criticism? C.S had a great recipe for humour as well as truly believable drama, however in trying to sensationalise story telling and raise viewers it is actually achieving the opposite. It has most definitely ‘lost the plot’ we all know that soaps are in decline, please ITV try to question why this might be and try putting it right before the death knell sounds on its famous damp cobbles.

So slow I nodded off and woke up with the credits rolling !!
