Nolan's masterpiece, with a probability of either one of, or both Robert Downey Jr and Cillian Murphy receiving Academy Awards. Adding intense portrayals of their respective characters, never mind the physical transformation, done with makeup and no CGI/Deep Fake garbage. I almost couldn't recognize Downey Jr. ( Completely tossing his natural performative vocal cadence we've seen over the decades he's been acting). And a taut, almost malnourished Murphy, with his radiating ( haha yes, pun intended) blue eyes rarely blinking, was hypnotic.
