DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE POOR REVIEWS! If you are truly a fan of the sopranos as a whole..not a fan of mob movies...not a fan of family drama...but a fan of a great story that truly shows you every aspect of a story. This was meant to tell a brief but impactful chain of events that helped move a set of characters closer to when we knew them. David chase routinely stated this was not the sopranos. I loved that certain stories changed over time by being retold for 40 years, that certain characters were always a certain way, that some had not been fully formed. Every actor in this was brilliant and if you can accept that this was like a flashback in show that we were all lucky enough to peer in on for over 2 hours...then you will actually understand what you are watching and not be mad that it wasn't a half season of the show compressed into one sitting. Fantastic as always David Chase. It's better than a lot of us deserved clearly.

It's pretty bad. It's hard to believe hbo wanted their name on this. It's more of a " look at how ridiculous these guys making this thing are" type of feel. When they show up somewhere unannounced and people are not willing to drop what they're doing and answer questions on film with no clearance from their employer, they act like it's a creepy cover up. Every time someone hangs up on them: oh God this is crazy how much they are trying to stonewall us. Let's dedicate half an episode to a failed trip where no e of our unscheduled interviews happened. People who agreed to Interviews cancelled on you, that's just the nature of scheduling with busy people, also they probably just saw how low rent the production was and didn't want to waste their time. Hire professionals next time. Please.
