Aug 9, 2024 "This Film is a Heartbreaker 9 out of 10" Stallone proves once again not only to be a gifted Actor as Rocky Balboa, but this film further solidifies Stallone as a gifted and compelling screenwriter and now as a Prolific Defineable Filmmaker. Overall a Well Deserved 9 out of 10, a few minor technical issues noted which do not Distract from the Poignant Journey of one of the Great Cinematic Characters known as Rocky Balboa!

So Amaturish and Contrived Directing, Acting & Writing so Pretentious Why so many Technical Sound Issues not Corrected during Filming nor in Post Instead a Feature Documentary would have been more Authentic, Powerful and Believable!

The Prince of Tides is a rare cinematic achievment, airing in reruns on showtime in May 2024. Streisand deserved a best director oscar nomination without question for her poignant crystalized direction. The cast is extraordinary, Streisand, Nolte, Nelligan, Dillon, Sullivan, Carlin, Jason, Krabbe and all the children, cinematography by Goldblatt is haunting and mesmorizing. A brilliant film by the brilliant Streisand, with love ❤️ appreciation and inspiration!
