The novel wasn’t great, Cals story was all over the place. Merrin fell for a stormtrooper and how she is using her powers and then start to fade in the start of the book. The love of fret and Merrin was completely weird.
The fifth brother scenes were the only thing I enjoyed about the book. Ceres struggle over her use of the dark side was alright.
