This was a great series. I must admit that it left me flabbergasted several times. It had some plot holes as some have pointed out. It wasn't perfect by any stretch. Still, the connection between Gabrielle and Elia was steamy. I have to commend her, she was comfortable in her own skin. She portrayed a confident, older woman secure in her sensuality.
