After being a fan of the Luther series, I was vastly disappointed with the movie. There was no character development for any of the cast members, not ever Luther, almost as if it was a given that everyone watching had already watched the series. The plot was weak and stereotypical and all the grittiness I expected from a Luther movie seemed forced.
