Ubisoft Store has the worst customer service. Buyer beware! I purchased two games from them, they never shipped them and closed my support ticket before giving the resolution they promised. Absolutely horrific. Buy video games from anywhere but Ubi Store. Going all digital is worth it to avoid that company.
