Miranda Burke

A fantastic adaptation of an originally British series. Beautifully adapted to US life, as far as I can tell as a Brit. Have re-watched over and over and continues to entertain through the dark comedy, the absurdity, the poignant depiction of poverty in a broken and discriminatory system, that somewhat parallels the UK, the raw and brutally honest display of personal life, sex, nudity, bodily functions and all. But, above all else is the pure talent in the actors. A revolutionary piece of work.
