Utterly Disappointing. My history may be terrible, like the fight scenes, storyline and acting. However I do know Roman soldiers fought as units that stabbed and never slashed because it was an ineffective way to use their Gladius. Not sure why that was one of my biggest bugbears in this pile of poop. I almost always watch films to the end no matter how naff as I feel I have to once I have started but I have bailed on this with 27 minutes remaining.

Terrible storyline. Terrible special effects. Worst of all I made my friend sit through this pile of garbage on her birthday. I feel monstrous.
