Greyhound is the most unprofessional transportation service there is . Me and my partner booked a ticket yesterday for the 24th at 5:25 (we litterally bought the last ticket) there system changed our ticket to the 23rd. Mind you guys we booked our ticket at 5 on the 23rd our tickets said 5:05 for the 23rd . We tried to call them to have our tickets changed to the 24th and they couldn’t even do it , they wouldn’t even try to give us the benefit of the doubt being we are two college students trying to get home for thanksgiving .
