Today is 2024 and I have loved this book since 1968. I am not a "huge follower" of any type of exercise or physical activity - but this book awakened me to a connection between body and mind. My 1968 copy is tattered and yellowed-out from age. I first read this at age 17, again at 24, and again at 38, 42, and 55. Now at age 73 - I wish I had read it even more!
