I’m a retired Human Resources Professional with 30 years of experience and I think “Surf When You Can” is hands down, the best book on leadership I’ve read. Captain Crozier’s perspective is very useful for leading others, and leading oneself. Captain Crozier’s perspective is pragmatic and authentic. “Surf When You Can” is an awesome book on leadership and I highly recommend it.
