(This is from my Metacritic score for Oddworld Soulstorm) What a masterpiece, truly speechless! Stunning cutscenes, graphics, storytelling and environments; the sound, voice acting and animation is unbelievably well done!! (I would love to see a movie or a TV series based on Oddworld) Love the dark tone, humour and the cinematic feel. Some little bugs here and there (not too bad) but overall: amazing game, 100% recommend! Better challenging platforming and unique modern touches make this retelling of the second instalment of the Oddworld Quintology truly extraordinary! I wasn’t too sure on the crafting at first but when I tried it out it was super fun! (Soulstorm will definitely be my Game of the Year!) Thank you so much to the Legendary Limitless Luscious Lorne Lanning and the team to create this underrated amazing Quintology! Can’t wait for the next game and the future of Oddworld to come!!
