I only came to read the reviews because the book was so dreadful. I’m wondering if a ghost writer or AI was involved. The most implausible characters are the children - as a teacher of their age group. The plot is (sitting here trying to think of a better word) silly and disconnected, and for some, not even finished. A very disappointing read. I’d love to hear from the author as to how this book is so below par. What were the publishers thinking? Did they even read it?

Many comparisons to Charlie’s Angels but a key difference here is the women are not directed what to do by a man, at least after the beginning. Lots of action, rough and tumble and fire power. Mix in some technology and hacking, seemingly unlimited money, great locations and some good old revenge and you have a good watch. The movie’s probably a 4 but I’ve given it a 5 because it’s worth more than a 3 and that’s how averages work. I hope there’s a sequel. The female leads all spark off each other well and the potential is there. I agree with another reviewer - the male actors could do with more diversity. There were indeed many who looked very similar in two main groups.
