Worst company customer service you will ever receive. You will wait 40mins on hold to speak to someone who doesn't know what they are doing and then passes you on to someone else who you have to wait on hold for another 20 mins before getting through and they turn out to be equally useless. None of the staff answer your question and just keep telling you "we are getting it resolved" instead of just passing you onto a member of staff who knows what they are doing (not that I think they have any of those there). Spent over 2 hours on the phone every time I've got in contact all from wrong emails they sent. To top it off the WiFi I had with them had rubbish signal and connection would not recommend there services in Dorset. 0/10 will never use again and hopefully never need to phone there customer services again as it is a waste of time and life..
